#106 Breathwork for Community with Sarah Hanson
In the Summer of 2021, Sarah was one of the first people to sign up for my Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator Training.
We had never met one another before. But the Universe was working in both of us for our paths to align in such a magical way.
Inside this episode, Sarah shares how she was in the process of building a fitness business when the Universe shut that down and turned her toward breathwork.
At the time, she wasn’t even sure what breathwork was. But she knew that the Universe was pushing her to start a breathwork business.
She trusted the guidance from the Universe, surrendered, and signed up for the program.
And it all began to fall into place.
One month after completing the training, Sarah signed her first 1:1 client! She shares about how she manifested this client inside the episode.
Today, Sarah hosts in-person breathwork sessions with headphones (similar to a silent disco) for her community in Florida and virtual breathwork sessions for others across the world.
About Sarah: Sarah is a breathwork facilitator, coach and healer in Ponte Vedra, Florida. After receiving a spiritual download telling her she needed to start a breathwork business, even though she had no clue what breathwork even was, she made the decision to listen to her intuition and follow the path she was being led down.
As a result, Sarah now has her own breathwork based business where she helps people reconnect and remember who they came here to be and their higher purpose for this life. She hosts local group breathwork experiences using silent disco headphones, online experiences and 1:1 breathwork based coaching.
