How to Prepare for Your Session
✨ Set Aside Sacred Time
Please carve out 60 minutes of uninterrupted space. This is your time. Silence notifications, let your household know you’re unavailable, and treat this as an appointment with your evolution.
✨ Create Your Sanctuary
Find a comfortable place to lie down a bed, yoga mat, or soft floor space. Gather cozy supplies:
• Blankets
• A pillow
• An eye covering (optional, but highly recommended)
Think soft. Safe. Supported.
✨ Optimal Audio is Key
For the most immersive experience, use headphones or a high-quality external speaker. Phone or laptop speakers will significantly reduce the depth of the journey.
✨ New to Breathwork?
If this is your first experience, I highly recommend listening to the Breathwork Reference Episode on my podcast before your session. It will give you a deeper understanding of the process and help you feel confident and prepared.

Important Contraindications
This journey draws from holotropic-style breathwork, which can create intense physical and emotional releases. It is not recommended if you have:
• Cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressure
• History of heart attack or stroke
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a history of psychosis
• Recent major surgery or physical injury
• Pregnancy
